poor quality
I bought this rug 2 years ago (use it 1 1/2 year) and need to replace it. This rug is falling apart. I do have a dog that runs over it as well, so it's in a "high traffic" area. The color looks great and it might do well in a bedroom or low traffic area.

Nice rug
The rug matched style and decor of the room. Decided I prefer a higher end material for the bedroom which it is in so I will move this rug to a different area of house. I’m pleased with rug overall but should have chosen a softer type rug down the bedroom

Falling apart!
I bought two runners for my kitchen about 6 months ago. They are literally falling apart. We are a family of two and never wear shoes on the rugs nor vacuum with a roller brush. The rugs have shed a lot since day one and the corners have consistently flipped up creating a tripping hazard. It's a great looking rug, but definitely not worth the money.

Nice look but seems narrow and still uncurling at edges. Maybe once unrolled for a while, it will lay flatter. Not soft on feet but jute usually is not. Using in kitchen and happy with look.

Shapeless and Unattractive
Very disappointed have not been able to get into my account to advise the company. The rug is not attractive at all. It has no shape. The edges are crooked all around. For the cost of this rug I would have expected it to be better. I have tried to reset a password to get into my account but I never receive a link and I have tried to upload pictures it is not allowing me too.
