Changed formula or soemthing
They have changed the formula of this or something and it is not as good as the last one. I used this mascara every day as a base mascara before using my IT cosmetics one and it was PERFECT. but since this new one came out it has not been the same. I am sad about that

Poor Quality
The mascara was all dried up, rendering it ineffective/useless. This is my first bad experience with Ulta Beauty brand cosmetics, hoping it is a fluke.
