How it works: Our 10% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum provides a highly concentrated blend of brightening and anti-aging ingredients. A: It is common to notice hints of yellowing due to the natural destabilization process of the Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum. The water-like consistency and cloudy appearance is preceded by the varying stages of shelf life. As the serum begins to age it will slowly appear darker in color due to the natural oxidation process. Once it turns orange or brown the serum is no longer as potent or effective. Good serum
My first bottle arrived damaged, I emailed the support team and they sent another bottle promptly. Thank you for the great customer service! As for the product itself, you need to wait 2-3 minutes after applying for it to absorb and dry down. It feels like a very very lightweight oil at first. I think it is helping to fade my dark spots with consistent use. I have oily skin and it makes my forehead especially veeeery shiny, so I have to powder more often, but this is a minor issue.

I'm really liking this serum so far. It's very lightweight and easy to apply. Some Vit C products irritate my skin, but this one seems super gentle. It does have a scent to it but it's very mild and goes away quickly. This product is a great value and I will definitely repurchase!

Tingling has gone. Happy to be using this.
I had tingling on my facial skin the first day of using this, which disappeared in a few minutes. The second day of using, I had no tingling at all, so my sensitive skin is already used to it. It doesn't feel drying at all on my dry, mature skin. I've only just started on this serum, so I can't speak to results. I am very happy my skin has already adapted to it, and I trust Timeless to deliver results on this serum. Also, I LOVE that they have the pump applicator, rather than a dropper. It will really help to keep the serum fresh. They are about the only company to have the pump applicator for an ascorbic acid Vitamin C, and yet they are about the most reasonably priced for this product.

I've been using the 10% Vitamin C to get my skin used to it before I go for the higher % since I have sensitive skin and so far no bad reactions only great things! My skin already feels smoother and looks brighter. It does have a funny smell to it but I'll survive lol. I think after this bottle I'll try the 20%! I use it once a day in the AM. My routine is: Splash cold water on my face & pat dry, Vitamin C, wait until product has sunk in (once your skin feels nice and smooth), then put on facial sunscreen. Works like a charm! Night routine: oil cleanser (only twice a week or if I have texture on my skin), water based cleanser, toner, tretinoin, then facial moisturizer. If you have over exfoliated skin or open wounds, the Vitamin C WILL sting so beware of that. Keep your skin as moisturized as possible if you have dry skin like me.

10% is right for me.
I haven't worn Vit C in a while because typical 20% can be irritating for my rosacea. Then I remember Timeless's 10% concentration, its pump , & its totally opaque packaging. Serum is a bit viscous rather than watery, which makes it easy to apply. Excellent product.

Excellent Vitamin C
I love both the 10% and 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid serums and have used them for quite some time (at least five bottles). I sometimes mix them together when my skin is a bit sensitive. Unfortunaly, with the tariffs imposed between the United States and Canada, the price (with customs) is now prohibitive. I will have to find an alternative until, hopefully, the situation between our two countries is resolved.

Absolutely loving this Vitaminc C serum. I love the consistency and it doesn't dry too fast into my skin. There was a little bit of tingling first time applying but it doesn't hurt and it goes away in a short amount of time. Can't wait to see the results with consistent continued use.
