Q: The100% makes the consumer think they mean 100% hyaluronic acid. Yet Ingredients: Water, Sodium Hyaluronate 1%, Benzylalcohol, Dehyd Very misleading, I guess it's 100% pure? Define pure?

A: We are happy to address this for you! The product is formulated or made to perform within and on top of the skin. We use 1% concentration as any percentage higher would actually gel up and there would be no permeability. 1% sodium hyaluronate is whole and no fillers and therefore 100%. As the word "pure" in skin care may have many meanings, our effort to maintain purity is to have formulations with simple ingredients that anyone can essentially research and we process in the safest concentrations possible. A: We keep our ingredients simple and effective, without unnecessary fillers, chemicals or fragrances. As it relates to the ingredient, benzyl alcohol, we use a safe 1% concentration for the intended purpose of neutralizing natural odors and helping to stabilize and preserve the product.

Disappointed
I had high expectations of this but it has been very disappointing. It dries extremely fast so you need to layer with a moisturizer but it seems to just sit on the skin and not get absorbed despite my allowing enough time in between each product. It eventually dries up and leaves a residue that rolls with any touching of the skin. I have tried many hyaluronic acid serums and they all have been better than this. Made the mistake of buying the big jar. Won't be purchasing again.

Hydrating! I use it day and night.
I'm trying timeless for the first time and bought several product with the c serum. I really like having this product! It really glides and moisturizes all day. I use it on top of the q10 serum or directly on the skin. Love it! I'd buy a larger bottle next time!
