Third time is not a charm!
I have bought this item on 3 separate occasions now and each time it’s been a waste of money and time. First time I purchased the item online and I was delivered an empty package! Just the empty product packaging. I reached out to target and got a refund. Second time I purchased online again and the tube would not go up at all so I couldn’t use the product so I returned in store and bought another one off the shelf this time. Making sure to carefully check the package and tube to make sure it went up and down with no issues. One month into having the product the tube completely stop going up and down no matter how hard I tried. Ended up banging it out on the counter and the product flew out of the tube and onto my dirty floor so I just threw it away. I won’t be wasting my money or time on this product again. Also, in the one month I used it I saw no improvement in my under eyes, do not recommend.

Nice balm but malfunctioned quickly
For $30 I didn't think it would malfunction so quickly. Maybe I just got a bunk one. But having to dig 85% out with q-tips is going to be super annoying.

product great - applicator HORRIBLE
the packaging / applicator on this product is SO frustrating - I've bought this 3 separate times, and each time the applicator breaks before I even get to the bottom of the product, so I end up having to scrape it out with my fingernail just to be able to use it. I've returned it and gotten a new one, but the new one does the same thing so I am done wasting my time and money on this product, which I otherwise love - it is super smooth and soothing to use, but the hassle is simply not worth it. I would attach photos but they are saying the files are too large, and I am not spending any more time on this product - just here to warn everyone and I can see I'm not the first one to complain about this, so you would think they would spend some time and effort trying to make it more user friendly and effective.

This item is not worth the price. I have used daily for a few months. I notice no changes. The lipstick type dispenser is worthless. Doesn’t work right and I have to use my nail to get product off.

Great product faulty applicator
This absolutely hydrates my super dry undereye and works great under makeup. However , 3 of 3 of the sticks I’ve purchased have applicator failure before the product is fully used. It’s really frustrating that the twist mechanism stops working and you can’t get the stick out.

Poor product design
I have bought this product 2 times and both times, the internal mechanism to adjust to get more product raised/revealed has stopped working. It just spins, but product does not raise up out of the plastic tube for use. I inserted a pin into the center of the the eye balm to gauge how much is below the surface and there’s still an inch of product that can’t be raised up for use. I guess I could scoop it out with a tiny spatula or something and try to apply it to my eye area, but that defeats the point of having an eye balm you can swipe over your eye area.

Bad twist up system
I am on my second tube of this product. I do like it, but the twist up delivery system is horrible! On the first purchase, only 1/3 of the product twisted up so I used a cotton swab to get the rest out. (I am not prepared to waste such an expensive purchase.) I thought I'd give it another try and bought it again. This one is much worse. I will not purchase again. Lipstick companies have perfected this system for decades... what's the problem Roc?

I like this eye balm. The tube is small but lasts longer than you'd think. It goes on smooth, it's not too shiny or obvious. I do notice a slow lightening of under and around eye darkening, after use of about a week or two. I gave it a 4 because of the price.

I bought this excited to give it a try and after applying it my skin turned red and it felt like sun burn with the stinging. but it glides on easy and has a glossy look. I'm not sure if I'd recommend it do to it causes redness and irritation but everyone may have a different experience with this product

Waste of money
I’m not sure if u saw a difference using the product. And it only made a minor difference in my eye makeup. What I really hate is the device to apply it. At some point early in it wouldn’t let me turn the stick up so I could apply the product even though it seemed it have plenty left. So now I’m gently digging a minuscule amount each time I use it. I will do this until it’s finished since it wasnt cheap but I won’t purchase again.
