A: probably depends on how thick your carpet is. we have a pretty flat carpet and it works fine, but we can't get it to drive on the couch, too variable/squishy of a surface i think.

these battle racers lasted ONE DAY. they only worked for a bit then the wheels got stuck and wouldn't drive right. We fixed that issue but then they just completely broke. they weren't being used in a crazy way, they're meant to bump into each other and they broke!
