Q: This toy does not work. Is there some sort of trick to pair the snake with remote? Brand new batteries and snake doesn't move!!
A: Same here. New batteries and no movement
submitted byLindsay - 29 days agoA: We are having the same experience. Brand new batteries. Both parts light up. Followed the instructions to reset. Still not working.
submitted byEmily B - 25 days agoA: Hi Amy. Please make sure that after you switch out the batteries, you ensure that the switches are in the ON/Play position and that the snake and remote are synchronized together as shown on the instruction sheet. If you need a copy of the instructions, they can be downloaded on the Terra Official website product page. Thank you. The Battat Team

submitted byFriendly Neighborhood Dad - 9 days agoA: I finally understood that the head gets 4 AAA batteries. After that we were playing and laughing. Tarantula and snake in the run!!! Great fun!!

Q: Where is the battery compartment on the snake? I opened the bottom of the head compartment and it's just the wheels.
A: It’s the screws to the left of the on and off and then slightly pull the head and body apart. There are batteries that go underneath and on top. 4 total.

Q: Has anyone had a problem getting the head attached? I did it once and it was hard but I am no longer able to connect it. It just doesn't fit. I must be doing something wrong.
