The pillow is great, but needs a pillow case that works.

The pillow itself is great, but I bought the small size and the pillow case is a problem The standard sizes do not work on the small size so pillow always seems bunched up. I suggest makeing more sizes in pillow casees.

Increased quality of sleep

I’ve been suffering from neck issues ever since my time in the military and a car wreck. I have tried numerous objects and activities to reduce the pain but nothing has been effective as this pillow. Absolutely love it and will never go without one again!

A must to avoid neck problems

I've been sleeping with one of these pillows for 20 years. I used to have neck troubles occasionally. I have not had an issue in 20 years. Small size is best for back sleepers. You can go medium or large for side sleepers

Changed my Life

I suffered from chronic upper back pain and my neck always felt kinked in the morning. I had tried many different pillows that were supposed align your neck while sleeping. This one is the only one that is not only comfortable and I can use it the whole night whether turning from my back to side, it literally instantly stopped my neck pain and my upper back pain is now gone too. I've done several things to help my back pain so I'm not sure if it can all be atrributed to the pillow but I do know it instantly helped my neck. I got my husband and I both one in the BOGO promo and we both love them. It's helped his snoring immensely as well. It feels hard at first but within a few hours it is conformed to your head and is very comfortable. I use it every night and I'll never go back to a regular pillow.

Hard as a rock!

Was a big fan of my last Tempur-Pedic pillow, which had a notch cut out for your shoulder. Enjoyed it for many years. It was firm, but not rock hard. I’ve tried to like this new pillow, but unfortunately, it’s not happening. Even after breaking it in, I still wake up with a headache.

This is a quality product that is super comfortable

I've had this pillow for about a month. It's perfect. I am a left side sleeper with left scoliosis. This pillow gives me the support I need to keep the position of my head at the right level, so that my neck doesn't hurt when I wake up in the morning. Asuperb product!

Good neck support, but too firm under the

The shape is decent, and the neck support is actually quite good—firm in a way that feels supportive. However, the area under the back of the head (occipital area) is much too firm, to the point where it’s uncomfortable to sleep on. That’s the main issue for me. If the material can’t be zoned, a deeper or more contoured dip in the center to better cradle the back of the head would likely improve the design.

This pillow is so tiny, on both dimensions. It’s like a travel pillow and there isn’t enough room between the curves for your head to fit. Absolute trash!

Very hard pillow.

They work well and support well but this pillow us much harder than my previous Tempur neck pillow. If you like a firmer pillow then this is for you. I like something with a more give to it. I use it every few nights and it has helped with neck paid but I can't use it every night.

Quality is good but not what I expected.

I was surprised how small the pillow is. It’s a child size pillow. I find it uncomfortable because it’s so small. I thought it would be a standard size or bigger.

I have used a Tempur-pedic neck pillow for many years. The new one is not the same. It is very hard. I have walked on it to help soften it but it still feels like a brick.

Too small

This pillow is too small and otherwise I would like and recommend it. Just don’t know why it is so small. I am not talking about the height. I recommend the pro low pillow with cooling instead.
