Q: How do I adjust the height? I tried to look it up and it said to remove the shredded foam. This pillow is not shredded foam, it is one block of foam.

A: Thank you for your question! This pillow is made of one solid block of foam, so the height cannot be adjusted by removing the filling. However, you can flip or rotate the pillow to find the side or angle that feels most comfortable for your neck and shoulders.

Do not purchase only if you want neck pain
Pillow is very flat. There’s no support. It is not as plush as the pictures show. I woke up in extreme pain and a headache. Never used it since. I highly recommend Target does not sell this item.

what the heck is this because it's not like the picture shows at all. I wouldn't even consider it a pillow. It's so thin and so little and has no arch to it at all or a place to lay your arms under it it's literally nothing like what the picture and description says at all. It came rolled up in the tiniest little box so I thought maybe give it some time and it would perk up some but it's as flat as can be.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. First off, the pillow was shipped in a box without any plastic covering on the pillow itself which is very unsanitary! They just stuffed the pillow in a box. The pillow does not meet the definition of an ergonomic pillow as it loses it’s shape.

This pillow is very comfortable for neck pain! Wish it didn't slide around as much but maybe I just need to add a pillow case to it! All and all I recommend getting this pillow to support neck and back issues! I've tried a lot of cheap pillows and this is the best one so far! Great for side/ stomach sleepers.
