Poor shipment.
I purchased 2 of these. The first one came last Thursday box was damaged big time received the other one today and the box is damaged also. I'm not sure if this is a target issue or a ups issue, but I can't believe how bad the boxes are. Hopefully, the items works I did not test it because they are a Christmas gift.

I ordered it online & Target insists I return in store despite the fact that the closest store is a 2 hours drive one-way. Customer service is horrible!!!!!! Never knew Target was So Bad!!!

The condition of the box looked like it was a returned or reconditioned item. The small vacum itself looked clean, accessories were all loose in the box and 1 had dirt on it. I don't know how or if it works, because I will return unused. The original price of $200. might by a typing error. I would have kept it if condition was new.
