Broke very first time using it

I was pretty excited for this new rope, it seemed pretty official opening the box and getting it set up to the right length. Then, the first time I used it, it broke. The molded end piece ripped completely off which of course sent the slider flying off the end to who know where. So now it’s worthless, I got about 5 minutes out of your product.
