    Does make you sweat

    This waist trimmer does make you sweat like crazy however I have been using this for a couple of weeks and have seen a difference at this point. As often as it's used I would think I would see some results but nothing as of now. It is pretty comfortable but I do find my back does hurt a tad afterwards. I have tried to move it up, down a bit to help ease the pain but haven't found that perfect spot yet. It's not excruciating pain but a tad uncomfortable. I will continue using this product and look into the gel for maybe a quicker result. It does make you sweat so I think eventually it will help with a slimmer tummy

    Get Fit Time

    I am very happy to have received this as a gift. With the Holidays approaching next week, I'm going to need all the trimming I can get. I didn't have any complaints about material, design, or feel of the product. The waist trainer stayed fastened and was comfortable throughout my workout.

    It fits.

    I got this Sweet Sweat waist trainer a few weeks ago ,and I'm pleased I did. It's wide and covers my whole stomach, and wraps all around my waist. Being a plus size ,I've had difficulty finding a wait trainer that fits my body type . But my look is over. Very stretchy material, wide velcro strap and is super comfortable to wear through the day. Very please my waist trainer .

    Love it

    This is my first time trying a waist trainer and I'm glad I chose this one. It fits great and it is easy to put on. I followed directions and applied the sweat gel on and did my work out and it seems to be helping! Holds me snugly and hopefully will train my stomach to smooth out some. Would recommend!
