    Makes me sweat

    This waist trimmer by Sports Research is easy to put on and is adjustable so can fit many people and body types. It did feel a bit weird to wear but I didn't really mind it after wearing it for awhile. It really did make me sweat more and I felt like I got more out of my workout overall even though I felt limited in everything I might usually do but that's ok. If looking for a waist trimmer, this is a great one to try

    Works great!

    I got this waist trimmer a couple of weeks ago and I think it's working lol I wear it to work under my clothes, because I do a lot of walking at work! It really makes you sweat! I think I may have lost an inch!! I don't have any pics cause I'm just still too fat...boo. But, anyway...thanks, and I hope you enjoy your waist trimmer!!
