Good green nutrition
This supplement has been a regular item in my diet for many years now. The benefit of green grass harvested at the peak nutritional time is well known. It has been great for my energy levels and an aid for healthy colon health.

A good greenfoods supplement
Rye grass has a similar nutrient profile compared to wheat grass, barley grass or other foods in this category. I use Pines Rygrass because, I do not get alot of veggies in my diet, so I feel taking the Green foodsProduct helps with that. Looking foreward to ordering more.
