A Very Good Supplement
I have been buying these for some years now, and their Alpha Lipoic is a good product. I would give it 5 stars, if it wasn't for the fact that the expiration seems to be only good for about a year; my last purchase expires 11 months from the time of delivery. I have concluded it is not wise to purchase more than a few bottles at once. Otherwise I would rate it higher. Overall a good supplement to use despite the short shelf life.

Unacceptable side effects
The Alpha Lipoic Acid in this form and dose, has caused me to experience stomach irritation, distress nausea when taken with or without food and beverage. I have had to discontinue its use and am searching for a oral formulation that protects against these unacceptable side effects.

Took it for 5 days and had to stop because it was causing me to get styes on my eyes. Got 2 on my left eye and one on my right. Never had a stye before this. .Had to stop using it. Haven't heard yet if the Swanson Cran-Max is back in stock 500 mg. per capsule, 120 capsules . Can you please let me know when I can order it? Thanks

Not good!
Not satisfied with this. After taking it and swalloweing it, it likes explodes and I immediately feel it and taste it. It gives terrible acid heart burn and burns in my throat.Terrible acidy!
