Surprising results
I stopped consuming caffeine (colas are my downfall) three months ago, and I’ve been skipping tea and chocolate just to stay stimulant free. But I wanted the EGCG, so I bought this. I noticed a light, steady energy lift with a single dose. Not what I bought it for, just an appreciated side effect. I’ll change my dose timing to take advantage of the lift early afternoon.

Over priced garbage. They don't want to sell you the generic cheap green tea, just like their affordable bromelain that is always out. That's fine. I will make sure to be it from a competitor then. NOT FROM SWANSON, just like my bromelain!

Why not amount of EGCG listed in Green Tea Extract
Yes, the price is good but what is the overall amount of EGCG per capsule which is one of the most important antioxidants in Green tea extract. Most reviews seem dated about 2014 but nutritional science has advanced. I know your Green Tea Extract contains 60% Polyphenols, but how much EGCG per capsule? I Will Not purchase again if Swanson does not include this Important ingredient amt on ingredient panel, and will look for other sources. Thank you.
