PQQ
I have only been taking PQQ for a month or so. I read an article that claimed their COQ10 was superior due to adding PQQ to it. I already take 100mg of Ubiquinol with my antistatin drug for cholesterol so added the PQQ to it and saved lots of money. I have not had a blood test yet to see how it has affected my numbers yet.

Telomere Repair
PQQ is the primary ingredient in InfoWars “DNA Force.” There is good research suggesting that PQQ helps mitigate the degradation of the telomeres found inside the nucleus of the cell. I’ve been taking DNA force for several years and people are shocked when they hear that I’m 55 years old. Lately DNA Force ingredients supply chain has become constrained or unavailable so the product supply has dried up. I’m taking the PQQ and also the CO-Q10 + PQQ in an effort to maintain the telomere protection in the absence of DNA Force. I can only assume that the good effects will continue.

PQQ helps our body produce more mitochondria, the little energy machines inside each cell in our body. We lose mitochondria as we age. PQQ replenishes our supply. Also CoQ10 drops off as we age which is the main energy supply for mitochondria so I also take CoQ10 either as Q-Gel 100 mg or as Ubiquinol.

I have noticed a definite improvement in my ability to recall words that I am had found myself searching to include in a sentence. It took a few weeks before I noticed the difference.
