Cran-Max for UTI
I’ve been taking some kind of cranberry pill for about 18 months now for UTI issues. This one is very good. I take one pill in the morning and one pill at night. I don’t know if I’m over doing it or not but I’ve been fine with my issue so far so I’m sticking to the plan.

A Health Need
I must use it regularly, or I end up with infections. Each person’s needs are different. I use 4, 000 mg per day, but most people need a lot less than that.
