Fisetin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take a lot of Supplements. A lot of what I'm taking has been reviewed by websites like ConsumerLab. That being said, Swanson Vitamins seem to appear a lot it reviews as being top quality products.

High-quality product, fast delivery
I ordered Fisetin based on research showing favorable effects on multiple measures of health and longevity (in animals). It arrived promptly, in good condition, and was affordable - I particularly appreciated the peace of mind of Swanson products being NSF-certified. So far, I have noticed a significant improvement in mood and a modest improvement in alertness, without side-effects!

A pleasant surprise
Fisetin was recommended to me by my local health food store. One of the employees gave it to her elderly mother and assured me that her mother was very pleased that it seemed to help her very quickly, I'm finding the results to be the same; I'm less forgetful and I was surprised at how quickly it started working. I have experienced no side effects whatsoever, and will continue to take it every day. I don't know how it works, but it definitely does!

Very effective!
I have less brain fog and better mental stamina when I take this supplement. It also seems to have a slight calming effect. Good stuff!

Have read some interesting information on Fisetin. However, I noted no perceptable effects after taking 1 pill/day for one month. I have no information on what an effective dose is, I am not going to continue with Fisetin.

Amazing, safe, research-based, from strawberries
In a year or two, every body will be taking this. I am trying this because the people at Juvenon (Dr. Bruce Ames and colleagues) recommend it. So far, it is really amazing - Very obviously boosts cognition - Seems to have positive effects on nerves elsewhere, too. I read extensively and I believe it is safe. 30 strawberries would give you about 50 mg. or so. So far, I love it. It seems to make sense to take it with b-complex. Not expensive - Try it!
