very convenient
very handy, I even sprinkled it over lightly sauteed greens, in pancake batter and Paleo type baked goods. Just wish it were Organic, since I would never grate commercial lemons.

Easy To Take
Lemon peels are full of nutrients, however most humans don't ingest them. Theses capsules are fairly small, easy to take, and offer a convenient way to get those benefits. And at Swanson's price -- why not?
