Don't like Carrageenan in this product
I use Swanson Oregano oil daily. But I don't like the Carrageenan in this product (or any of my products) I switched to order something different

NO Colds, flu or covid
I take this anytime I get a tickle in my throat or a sniffle in my nose. I'll also take them when others are snuffling mear me. Been doing it for years and I don't get sick often and when I do it's very short. Even did it when I got covid. I load up taking several at a time several times a day. then I slowly taper off. If the threat remains nearby (school, home, work) I'll take one, twice a day till the threat is gone.

Too Pungent
I believe in the products many health tricks, BUT, it is extremely 'pungent' to a fault. I tried it for 5 days and stopped. It has a strong lasting after taste.

Dear Friends at Swanson, I have been using and enjoying Swanson Oregano Oil softgels and liquid Oil of Oregano for years thanks to the recommendation of my Dentist. I take one the pills in the morning and at night with meals. They are good for digestion and more. The liquid I use after brushing my teeth. On a cotton swab I distribute some drops on my gums and teeth which is very helpful for keeping teeth and gums healthy and healing occasional sore spots fast. Greetings, Dpros Weber

Great product!
I have been taking these capsules for well over 10 to 15 years or longer. Colon cancer runs in my family and these have kept me from having polyps. Initially, I "burped" oregano flavor but over time that dissipated. I take one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. I am VERY happy with this product and hope they never discontinue it.

They are very small caps.. NO smell.. you don't tell how many % the Carvacrol is. you say only 10:1.. which is which.. is the 10 the Oregano? or the 1?.. I will find the kind i had before, next time I order..
