It was used when I got it, and the existing damage wasn't fixed. But I knew it wasn't new, and the damage was okay. I think a new one would be better.

Instructions are useless
It took us 2 hours to put together. None of the parts were labeled, so we had to figure it out by trial and error. They need to label everything and give clearer instructions.

It does it all
I love the size of the baskets. They hold more than they look like they do. Once you get used to how to use the button controls, they are easy to navigate. Fries come out perfect every time. I use it to heat leftovers and it comes out fresh like I just made it. I’ve even made toast on the pizza setting for 5 minutes and it was perfect. It had a slight odor at first but has disappeared over time. Overall it’s a great air fryer.

Pretty good for what I paid
I've used this smoker 6 times now, and for the price, it's pretty good. I added a heat gasket to the lid to keep the smoke in, but that was a cheap fix. Overall, it's great for the price.
