Great sound!
Bought this a month ago for my husband and they work great! Great noise and the speaker and mic work very well. The mic has good noise suppression.

Good sound, poor mic
I’ve been using these about a month and while the sound quality is good, the people I play with tell me I sound like a robot. Can’t seem to figure it out and wish I hadn’t spent so much money on these.

Absolutely Solid
Finally got some Steel Series headset. They’re really comfortable. The battery life is really an improvement over turtle beach. The switching between Bluetooth and the dongle isn’t something I’d think I’d use but has been really nice. App is nice but don’t use it too much but it is nice to set EQs for games. Have yet to use it for much besides gaming but will try it for music more often since switching to my phone is so effortless.

Great headset for any platform
I bought the Arctis nova 5x to use for my PC. The feature to switch between 2.4 and Bluetooth is great. If you use the Bluetooth on your phone and have the headset in 2.4 mode, it will still notify you if you get a call. The headset is lightweight and comfortable.

Love the sound
I bought the Arctis Nova 5 for gaming with my son after buying him the 7 for Christmas. I didn't need quite as much as his, and these are perfect!! The band for my head is so much more comfortable than just having the whole thing resting on my head.I also love the soft ear cover because they don't pinch my head (my old brand caused a headache from the band and how tight they were) I can play for much longer and my head doesn't hurt. These would be amazing for a neurodivergent that struggles with sensory issues.. (coming from one who does :) lol ) I also like that there's an app for it so I can tailor the sound to the game, or if I'm using them for my phone or for just music. I love how it will ding in my ear when there is a phone call and I can switch. (My son has the ones where he can talk on the phone and continue playin)- cool feature!) they also connect very well to the Xbox as long as you have the right dongle. That makes me very happy. I could also connect them to the computer or other gaming system.

Honestly really nice but
My biggest issue is the cups are a little too thin for me and they hurt my head. Now that is a me issue. So other than that I like the way they sound, I get zero complaints with chat. The software makes a huge difference. I just wish they fit me better. I had to use some thicker aftermarket cups but they don't sit right. The factory ones are comfy just thin for me.

I bought it a month ago and needed some time to get into it. Because I have some difficulties with the microphone and it only gets loud when I connect it to my phone or disconnect it. It's very confusing. But in general a good headset

Lightweight, great sound and connectivity
Great sounding headset and very comfortable to wear. Im using 2,4Ghz on my PC and bluetooth on my work laptop, and switching is easy. The retractable microhpone works well too, all in all the best headset I've ever owned.

Love this new headset
I wanted a lightweight and comfortable headset to use with my Xbox while I walk on the treadmill. This thing is super comfortable even for long gaming sessions, the microphone filters out the treadmill noise well, and it's super easy to swap between my Xbox and phone with the mode switch. Love it!

Top gaming headset
The SteelSeries Arctis 5X has been a great surprise for me. The sound is clear with nice bass, and I can easily hear footsteps and small details in games. The wireless connection has been very reliable and the battery comfortably lasts through several long gaming sessions. Comfort is a big plus: the headset is light, the earcups are soft, and I can wear it for hours without feeling squeezed. I also really like the retractable mic, which sounds clear to my teammates and hides away neatly when I don’t need it. If I had to point out a downside, it’s the mostly plastic build, which doesn’t feel super premium, but it keeps the headset light and hasn’t caused any problems so far. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it if you want a comfy, wireless headset for gaming.

Buy from somewhere other than Target
Do NOT buy this from Target; buy it somewhere else. Target shipped it to me with an anti-theft device attached that makes it impossible to open the box without cutting the entire hang tag off. Looking up the device, it’s meant to be removed by the customer, but it’s impossible to get off. I attempted to pry it off & all I achieved was damaging the hang tag & cutting my finger. I wish I would have bought this somewhere else.
