This blend was introduced in 1998 for those who prefer a milder cup. Q: Can you use this in a French Press?

  • A: You can if it's finely ground, it just wouldn't be as good as a more coursely ground alternative. I'm guessing when it says ground it means it's finely ground. I'd buy the whole beans honestly.

Starbucks pre-ground coffee is a medium grind, perfect for a drip coffee maker.  Typically, a coarser grind is used for a French Press for the right extraction and helps prevent coffee grinds from getting through the metal filter. Yummy coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy my Starbucks coffee runs with my twin daughters but sometimes we just feel like staying in. We recently tried the Starbucks Breakfast Blend K-Cup pods for our Keurig machine at home. This coffee is medium roast blend with a hint of brown sugar and sweet orange and it is fresh and delicious from the comfort of our home! I also like that the pods are recyclable because my family enjoys recycling. I look forward to trying out new flavors from Starbucks k-cups. Great Starbucks coffee Morning wake up

Perfect pick me up

Great flavor a bit strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I thought it would be a lighter roast because I usually like breakfast blend because it is a lighter roast. The flavor was great and it had a nice blend of sweet and savory. The aftertaste was also pleasant and didn’t last longer than it should. It was a bit stronger than I prefer. I like a nice hint of strength but not like I’m drinking black coffee especially when I add a sweetener and creamer. It’s definitely a Starbucks blend, and I think it’s good. But a little more intense then I enjoy.

New go to K-Cup blend

The smell of the brewing coffee is very noticeable, and reminds me of waiting in my local coffee shop for my order to be brewed. Not for me

Starbucks Pods Have “Just Right” Flavor

Well, it’s because unlike the many other coffee pods I’ve tried, Starbucks pods have a flavor that is just right—not too weak and not too strong. I would describe the flavor as a mild earthiness. When I close my eyes I feel as if I’m sitting on the back porch in the morning after an overnight rainstorm. There’s a certain freshness to the air that you can taste. Think of fresh cut hay. Earthy and good. Decaf is important for those who don’t need to aggravate their blood pressure any further, and single serve pods are great for a quick brew for a busy person or when you don’t have any coffee drinking partners.
