One of the best Bluetooth Sony speakers. Real portable and light. Love the Sony app. Works great. Zero connection issues. This Ult Filed 3 has secret surprise. When paired with another ULT Field 3 speaker. For stereo sound back. This sounds amazing. The extra volume is more then enough for any party. 10/10. Sony. Love it. So does everyone else. Wireless clean set up. Battery life also Great.Take anywhere. Light weight speakers. Great construction and crisp sounds. Highly Recommended.

I purchased this recently to replace a VERY old Sony speaker, it was a bit of an impulse buy although I was able to try it out and compare to others in the store having not done any research beforehand ( reviews etc) I wasn't disappointed, the sound is great, the connectivity is really good, battery life good and a nice aesthetic, i also took advantage of a money off offer in store, very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

What's not to love, a great speaker that can be used anywhere. Simple to pair and connect Does what it's designed to do at a reasonable cost

I Just Bought My Speaker And I Already Absolutely Love It !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality of the Sony ULT Field 3 is outstanding so much base and good volume. Easy to Bluetooth pair. Nice strap, that’s easy to take on and off. My grandchildren (11 & 13) borrowed it and I had trouble getting it back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sony ULT Field 3 is a great portable Audio device with a IP67 rating and shockproof from small drops and water. Great battery life and thumping sound it’s great for around the home, garden or work depending on your job or days out down the beach etc. Out of the box then fully charged it’s a breeze to set up with super fast Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and sound to match its really great to have as a grab and go audio device. It comes with a detachable strap if needed i find is really handy in certain situations just in case of any drops even though it’s built like a tank, Sony’s build quality glad fully never changes on anything they create. Great device to own I’m really happy with it.

It's a pity that you can't send sound via type-c like JBL, it sounds very good

It connects quickly and holds the correction to my phone over some distance. Switching off the ULT makes oral podcasts better. Switch it back on for great bass boost to my musical preferences. Fells great, sounds great, looks great. No need for anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To qualify this review , I am not a hi-fi enthusiast, or a sound quality engineer . I use portable wireless speakers to listen to audible books , spoken word , music of all types , and pod casts. This is done mostly outside , in the hot tub , and in various locations in the house. My honest opinion of the Ult field 3 , is that it is the best speaker I have used that fulfills all my requirements. The size and weight is easy to manage , the carrying strap is useful, especially juggling drinks whilst changing locations . The controls are easy and intuitive, the speaker instantly connected to my IPad , and volume can be adjusted on speaker or iPad, as can pause etc. the battery last a long time , easily 24 hours at about 1/3 volume , half volume is enough to place at the other end of the room , and full volume is just too much for my requirements, ( I have neighbours) A quick 15 minute charge will give a couple of hours playing music , and a full charge takes about 3 hours. The ULT button , is great for music , and adds the necessary bass for hard rock and orchestral.for spoken word I prefer not to use ULT , as it does lower the crispness of speech What else do I like ? , the unit is well made, and sealed , I do like the fact that it is waterproof ( most travel speakers aren’t , and dampness will damage the magnets in the speakers) in fact I could drop it in my hot tub for 30 minutes and it would be okay , a claim I would never test ! The unit can be set to power down if not used for 15 minutes ,and can do other things I will never use like answer a paired phone To sum up , it is an excellent speaker , loud enough for any use , last a long time and is well engineered , it is not a stereo speaker on its own , but who listens to hi-fi in the garden or on the beach I am very pleased with this , and would happily recommend to anyone wanting a good quality portable speaker
