what a great christmas present - a real win
We bought this as a Christmas present for our retired parents - they love it. It was easy to set-up and sound is fantastic. the base is clear without being "too much". While a bit more $ than the others, as all of the experts said - worth it.

Bose knocking it out of the park... AGAIN!
Having already owned a Soundlink 2 Mini and a couple of pairs of QC2 headphones, I was already a convert. I purchased the Max due to its stereo capabilities and reviews online. I was expecting a rich, rounded sound but wasn't prepared for just HOW good the sound is! It's warm, with clear mid and treble and with stonking bass capability. Honestly, for the size this speaker is amazing!
