Calcium Magnesium plus Boron
I've taken this for about fifteen years, recommended by a Physiotherapist. I have arthritis in my knees and have no pain. Where Boron is present in the soil and people eat food grown in the soil they do not develop arthritis. When given GM food they then develop arthritis! It can take a few months before you feel the effects.

Great vitamins
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these for a change from my usual magnesium tablets as I researched boron which is really good for you, so glad as tablets much smaller and easier to swallow than previous tablets purchased.

Too large
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Find the size of tablets far too big to swallow, and have to chop them up into small pieces. Not life threatening, but rather off putting!

Not all Calcium types are equal
So disappointed that calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate and calcium citrate are all lumped together under "calcium". Without knowing the percentage of each that is in this product I cannot determine the amount of elemental calcium that actually is available to be absorbed. Lack of this informatioin affects all aspects of this product for me.

Best combination to strengthen bones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have osteoperosis and have been taking this preparation for many years. Calcium on its own is not enough, you need magnesium and boron to help strengthen the bones.

Delivery very efficient. I get these tablets because they have the three ingredients which is good rather than having three different tablets to take. Although I do have to take three tablets as this is the recommended dose. Obviously I think they must be doing me some good, I wouldn't keep taking them and I will continue to do so. I take a number of various vitamins so I cannot actually quantify which ones are doing the most for my health, but I know I need calcium and as I said having his extra two additions gives me confidence

Calcium plus Boron contains Titanium Dioxide
I've been using several Solgar supplements happily for decades including Calcium plus Boron. However I just realised that Solgar's Calcium plus Boron contains Titanium Dioxide as an artificial colour. I wish I'd never taken it. The following is taken from Wikipedia. Titanium Dioxide is used in: * paints, varnishes, paper and plastics, printing inks, fibers, rubber, cosmetic products * pure titanium, glass, glass ceramics, electrical ceramics, metal patinas, catalysts, electric conductors The exterior of the Saturn V rocket was painted with titanium dioxide. In 2021, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) ruled that as a consequence of new understandings of nanoparticles, titanium dioxide could "no longer be considered safe as a food additive", and the EU health commissioner announced plans to ban its use across the EU, with discussions beginning in June 2021. EFSA concluded that genotoxicity — which could lead to carcinogenic effects — could not be ruled out, and that a "safe level for daily intake of the food additive could not be established" A 2021 French research project referenced on Wikipedia said "In conclusion, these data indicate that TiO2 is able to alter the four compartments of IBF and to induce a low-grade intestinal inflammation"

Delighted!
I'm delighted with this supplement. I have been taking it for close to a month now, and the awful pain in my back and shoulders has certainly eased. I will continue to take them.

Too big
These are much too big and they're not the squashy capsules either. I simply can't swallow them without retching and choking.

Great product to include Boron
Boron allows calcium to bind to the bones, most supplements are missing this factor.

Easy way to get enough calcium
I've been taking these for several years to ensure my calcium levels are sufficient for my osteoporosis, I chose to use them in preference to that prescribed by the NHS as it's vegan. I also take vitamin D3 to ensure the calcium is absorbed by my body.

Stopped night-time cramps
I take just one of these in the evening (not three as on packaging) as recommended by my physio and it has completely alleviated the cramp that I was getting in my leg. Recommended.
