Not sure what the point is
Bought this one because it was the only cal mag I could find in the store. This one requires multiple steps: add 2 or 3 ounces of warm water to three teaspoons of the powder and wait until the bubbling stops (takes a while). Come back and add enough warm or cold water to make a cup full. Lots of drama. I would prefer to pop a couple of capsules and be on my way.

Making a difference in my life
I just started taking CALM and maybe I’m reviewing it prematurely but I will say, 1 teaspoon (and if you follow the instructions) has been helping me. PS I use a battery operated whisk (after the fizzle stops) to completely blend mine. I just recommended this to my 6 siblings!

This is good to drink just before bed. It’s a rare source of magnesium, and calcium. It tastes sort of citric. It’s not overpowering. I believe it contains about 1 mg of melatonin per serving.

Very relaxing after Gym or for sleeping
I highly recommend this product if you want to wind down after a long and hard day at the gym. Plus the added zinc supplements to the already healthy magnesium. Wish I had know about this product sooner.

It helps with my sleep & helps keep my elimination regular. I take a tablespoon with water before bed. It’s less expensive from Swanson’s than other places I have found! ... Try it and see...it may not work for everyone but has worked for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for a while now and can definitely say I can tell a difference when drinking it regularly. I do feel a sense of calm from drinking this. The product itself is easy to stir into water or other juice.
