The SLF Weighted and Heated Neck Wrap does not have an option to disable the auto shutoff feature; it is a built-in safety mechanism that is always active. The device offers several timer modes for the auto-shutoff, but continuous heat without a timer is not an option. Q: Is the entire item heated? Are the two flaps that lay over your shoulders also heated?
