Good concept, weak execution.
The concept is good but it's like this product is in beta version and not ready for prime time. As other customers have pointed out, you have to stay plugged in while using the vest, therefore can't move around. Also, it automatically shuts off after 15 minutes so you have to keep restarting it and unless you are watching the clock, you probably won't notice that it has shut off until you start getting cold and have to wait for it to reheat again. Lastly, it is very short waisted (falls at about midwaist), as if they were too cheap to make it a more suitable hip length given the whole point is to keep you warm. Again, the concept is good, but the execution is weak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s ok. The product feels like good quality. Puts out a decent amount of heat. Vibration is ok. I don’t think I’d buy it with my own money. I may let a friend borrow it who is about to have back surgery.

Feels like your wearing one giant hug. Easy to use. Straps make it easy to adjust. The temperature is great also! Very nice product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe I didn’t read the description properly so let me give you a heads up! This heated vest only works if you are plugged into the wall. I wish you could charge it and not be restricted to a 2 foot radius. I also kept having issues with the zipper. I did like the style and the fact you can adjust the size!

Can only wear it while plugged into the wal? Doesn’t say anything on the box to indicate that…misleading! Not to mention turns off after 15 minutes of use. What a shame, what a bummer for Christmas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t give off a ton of heat like I hoped but is it warm for my office. The cord is also a little limiting. It’s comfortable and has a good weight to it to relax, nice material. Seems like it would last quite awhile.

Very scratchy material around the neck
I didn’t even try the heat function, the neck was so scratchy I had to take it off immediately.

It’s okay..the box doesn’t say that you can’t walk around with it while it’s warm, it has to be plugged in to warm up.

Perfect weight and comfy to wear

It’s easy to work, and the fabric is so soft and comfortable. The weighted vest makes it even better with relaxing! We love this in our house.

Wow this is a sleeper product!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off this vest is super soft and cozy without the heating element being turned on. Sherpa on top, velvet on the bottom and it is weighted, so you feel secure and comforted by it. There are straps on the side that snap on and are adjustable so can fit any size! The product has a charging port on the backside that you can tuck in when not using to turn on the vest you simply need to hold the bottom inside the pocket and the whole vest heats up. The vest heats quickly and last for a a while. I have several uses before I need to recharge. Extremely happy with this product and is a great and unique gift for anyone instead of gifting a blanket, socks or candle tbeyve gotten a million times, you can gift a cozy weighted vest!! Love this and highly recommend

Toasty, Cozy, and Warm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received The Sharper Image Weighted Comfort Heated Vest Luxe, complimentary from Sharper Image and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. The Sharper Image Weighted Comfort Heated Vest Luxe is lined with soft sherpa and is super cozy. It's slightly weighted and makes me feel like I'm being hugged by a soothing heating pad. The vest heats up quickly and keeps me nice and toasty warm. The front has a full zip closure and the sides are adjustable with a snaps, so I can wear it over a bulky sweatshirt. The vest has to be plugged into and outlet by a removable AC adapter, but has a really long cord to easily move around with. The power button is located in the pocket and is easy to turn on and off. It's perfect for cold offices or relaxing at home on the sofa.
