Good quality product. Should had silicone bumpers on the four glass holders as a competition product does. I removed the covers from my smaller dishrack and placed on these. But this product is great. I'd definitely purchase it again.

I have had this for a week, and I love it so far. My only complaint is that there is no designated area for large knives and utensils. I use knives and utensils way more than I use wine glasses so, I wish that area could be utilized better.

It worked well and handled a lot of dishes. The main problem is the drain tray with swivel spout. The swivel spout broke off twice. I do not move it, and twice the plastic just broke off. I contacted customer service and they would not honor warranty without receipt. Total let down for a 100.00 dry rack.

The plastic used is cheaper and thinner and the design of the steel rack will not hold as many dishes as in the past. Everything device becomes an add-on and replaceable in no time.

The dish strainer is of adequate size. It appears to be very sturdy and very functional. I like the modern appearance of the strainer as it fits in with my decor. I would say the only item that was a little disappointing would be the cost of the strainer. As it is rather expensive. But otherwise I will give it five stars for appearance and functionality.
