Q: I was gifted this vacuum and it worked well for about a day. Now the 3 horizontal dots blink red within 1 minute of me starting to vacuum. I made sure it was charged, and checked dust bin & filter.

  • A: Pull out the orange filter and then inside the canister where all the dirt goes into, push open the rubber tab where the dirt comes into and that’s where the clog is. Guaranteed because after cleaning everything I found it and there was tons of stuff and it worked

  • A: Mine too, I resolved the issue. When you pull out the filter you'll see in the middle there is an area you can pinch together to pull out the inner filter. Clean it well and it'll work normal again.

Good!

Works well and we have 2 long haired cats. We’ve had the vacuum for about a year now. When it starts to blink red, you just have to clean the parts and the internal filter and it works like new

These vacuums belongs in the dump

This vacuum is a pain. It broke very quickly (dropped the handle to the floor and the brittle plastic broke) so we contacted our warranty which I purchased through Target at checkout. Since it was within a year of purchase they wouldn’t honor it. So I contacted the manufacturer. They wouldn’t help us and do not sell individual parts to fix it. After replacing every single thing in our rental house from pillows to dish towels to underwear after we lost our house in the January la fire, I was exhausted and annoyed at the idea of buying another vacuum. So my husband found a broken one of these on eBay (there were many to choose from, no surprise) that we use for parts when this thing keeps breaking. Save yourself the headache and do not buy this. It also stops working if you vacuum a little fine dust. You have to use a new filter. It just broke for like 100th time and it compelled me to write this review to help anyone avoid this garbage.

Perfect for spot cleaning
