[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was pretty easy. Replacing a kwikset lock that barely lasted a year. The operation is smooth the coding was pretty easy and we do like the look of the black. Do recommend, have it about a month and works great so far. The battery for the month is baring down from 100% we are at battery use down in a month to 97%, that is so much better then our old kwikset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the look of the smart lock. It works as it should. During the set up process you will get a message that says Bluetooth needs to be on. At this point your will end up in an endless loop until you realize that it’s not the lock Bluetooth or your phone’s Bluetooth that needs to be “on” but you must give the Schlage App permission to use Bluetooth to proceed. This step in the app during the set up process needs to be rewritten to actually say “give the app permission to use Bluetooth”. Otherwise the lock looks great and so far works great. We also got the matching Schlage Greenwich door handle. Note we still need to paint the trim.

Love that we can put in codes for our kids (5 plus spouses) so that each family has their own. Hint: when they all come for dinner and fight over who was late for dinner we can show them what time they opened the door. The truth hurts! We love our lock and will continue the legacy of Schlage locks. They get better and better with each new model. Oh and did I say installation was a breeze. I wish I was on a beach somewhere but must add that here in the tundra of Minnesota where we have 4 seasons, pre winter, winter, post winter and next winter we have never had a problem with the lock in the bitter cold.
