No written instructions, only a QR Code to get to the resources page including install video. Easy-peasy. Nice quality. I'm awaiting Wi-Fi install in a week so i programmed a user code manually. Easy. I use this to manage guests to my Air b&b.

Awesome features

I can also set different cides for my family in the event they need to access my house without having to worry about giving out keys. Highly recommend
