[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just spent a lot of money to replace all my doorknobs and deadbolts and the quality of the products has declined significantly. I just spent too long trying to install a deadbolt that come to realize the factory didn’t tread the lock correctly and one of the bolts doesn’t go in. This is annoying but made further frustrating when they don’t carry the double deadbolts in the store so you have to order them online wait for them to come in and then in my case drive over an hour to the store to have them rekeyed to match the rest of my stuff.
