The Tech That Doesn’t Look Like Tech (And Sounds A
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my Samsung Music Frame! If you want great sound without cluttering your room with ugly black boxes and wires, this is the perfect solution. It is honestly one of the coolest pieces of tech I’ve bought in years. Why I’m obsessed: It’s Invisible Audio: Guests literally have no idea where the music is coming from until I point it out. It looks exactly like a modern picture frame (I swapped in a photo of my dog, and it looks great!). It blends perfectly into my gallery wall. The Sound is Shockingly Good: I expected "okay" sound for a picture frame, but this thing actually pumps! The bass is surprisingly punchy, and the vocals are crystal clear. It easily fills the room, and the Dolby Atmos support gives it a really wide, immersive feel. Samsung Ecosystem Magic: Since I have a Samsung TV, the Q-Symphony feature is a game-changer. It syncs the Frame with my TV speakers so the sound feels like it's coming from everywhere. It makes movie nights so much better without needing a massive soundbar. So Easy to Use: Streaming is effortless. Whether I’m using my phone or TV, it works instantly. Bottom line: It’s the perfect mix of style and substance. If you hate the look of speakers but love music, just buy it. You won’t regret it!

Good idea, bad execution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 music frames which I try to use with our S90D tv through Q-Symphony. 90% of the time they fail to connect. They are all locked into the same WiFi access point which is less than 3 ft from all components. When they do work the sound is amazing. Re-pairing is a mess and often it removes the device from our Samsung app and I have to wait a few hours before I can add it back. If I allow automatic updates on the devices they become completely unusable again after every update and have to be re-paired.

To improve stability when using two Music Frames with your S90D TV via Q-Symphony, try power-cycling the TV, both Music Frames, and your router, then reconnect everything. Make sure all devices are signed into the same Samsung account in the SmartThings app and are connected to the same Wi-Fi band. If needed, factory reset and re-add each Music Frame one at a time in SmartThings, then enable Q-Symphony from the TV’s sound settings. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Amazing sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the music frame through the promotion Samsung had. Set up was very easy and changing the picture was easy as well. Once I had everything set up, and started to play music. I was wow, the sounds was clear and loud and was able to jam to my music without any weird feedback or crackling sound when you have it at full blast. Amazing product and the sync of other devices to it is awesome.

Great Product - while it's still new enough
This speaker is great - when it works. I think it is largely a compatibility issue with my 2021 Frame TV, but every now and then the connectivity will drop and I have to do a full reset of both devices to get them paired up again. Also, I bought two of these Frames hoping to use the Frame TV's Q Symphony, but it never seems to work. I think the outdated software on my TV doesn't allow it to work with these newer gen devices. Which is also a shame because then it seems like there's a very short lifespan for some of Samsung's products. Anyway, this has become a review of me bashing another product, when the speakers are in fact, pretty decent. When it works, it's great (I do wish I could use both at the same time though!!).

Tinny audio

Hello yoreel, We appreciate you taking a few moments to provide feedback regarding the Samsung Music Frame. Here are a few tips to help improve the Music Frames audio performance. First thing: Update the software. The easiest way to update is by using the SmartThings app, select the Music Frame, then tap the 3 dots in the upper right and select Information. From here, you can select to update the software. Second, use Adaptive sound mode. It automatically adjusts the sound based on the content, which makes it “set and forget”. However, if you are only using the Music Frame for music, I like the Music sound mode for its clarity and faithful reproduction. If using for listening to vocals (like podcasts, news, etc.,) I like Voice Enhancement mode. Finally, there are “tweaks” you can make to tailor the sound to your taste. First, turn on SpaceFit sound so your Music Frame can adjust to your room acoustics, then go to the Equalizer and adjust the lows/high/mids to your taste. The Samsung Music Frame has high quality sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed when I first connected my streaming platform of choice through the Samsung Music Frame. I have never paid a lot of attention to the quality of sound when listening to music but the difference was stunning and immediately noticeble. i can play music quite loudly and go into another part of my home and it still sounds crystal clear. I hear sounds like harmonies, background vocals and instruments I never heard before while playing music from my computer or phone. It is so impressive I wonder if I was really listening to music correctly at all! As someone who streams music 24 hours a day, I am more than happy with the Samsung Music Frame. As with all Samsung products, including the appliances I have in my home, the quality is top notch.

Great innovative product

It is not a sound bar but it really close and i highly recommend it. The price is a little cost prohibitive but it is a really nice addition for a home/office/den or bedroom

Wifi blocked when mount on wall
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these. To get stereo imaging. They are okay sounding but to match my The Frame in the dining room I decided to use more "Frames". they work for the most part, however! I am not sure where their Wifi chip is located but I am pretty sure it's close to the center of the frame somewhere... BECAUSE when mounting on frame on to a stud, the Wifi is unusable. GREAT DESIGN SAMSUNG! NOT! My other Music frame when measured out equally for eye appealing appearance didn't hit a stud..... so that one works perfect! So I know it's the wifi chip location. Who ever designed this should be fired.
