Allergens & Warnings:

WARNING Do not place directly on skin. This product can cause burns. Wear for up to 8 hours. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Do not use on irritated, damaged or broken skin. Do not wear while sleeping. If you are 55 years of age or older, use with caution, as your risk for burns increase with age. Check skin frequently during use. Do not use on areas of the body where you can't feel heat. Remove patch immediately if there is any discomfort or pain. Do not use on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours. Stop use and contact a doctor if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn. Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant. The patch is not reusable. Do not microwave or reheat the patch. Do not use on delicate clothing. Do not use in combination with another heating device. Do not place extra pressure, a tight waistband of belt over the product. Do not use with pain rubs, medicated lotions, creams or ointments. Do not use on people unable to remove the product, including children, infants, and some elderly. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

    These don’t get warm enough to provide relief. It’s cheaper than other options but it’s only a deal if the product works. Waste of money. There are better options

    Did not get warm, waste of money

    Unfortunately my heating patch never worked. I’ve tried other brands and they work well. But these never changed in temperature at all so must be faulty. Waste of money sadly.

    Life changing

    Yes, it could be bigger and hotter, but for an on-the-go heating pad, this is amazing!!! I wish I’d had something like this in school. It makes that first day of cramps bearable when you have to do things and can’t lie wrapped around a heating pad all day. It lasted eight hours, staying hot the whole time, and the adhesive never failed. Huge fan!

    i wouldn’t purchase again

    i doordashed these to my house while i was at work because i started my period at work (naturally) and i was in so much pain. i just got home and excitedly ripped these open and put two on. and guess what? they did not work. no heat at all. i just wasted my money and had my hopes up for nothing. this is the cherry on top of a long day, don’t recommend.

    Game Changer!

    Just wow!! This was great for my daughter! Her cramps can be strong and this patch provides a nice AND constant subtle heat for 8hrs. Perfect for her as it provides some relief while she is at school. Because the product tells you to not place it directly on your skin, she wore a fitted cami. The heat went straight through to her belly. 10/10 will buy again! My only complaint would be that there is only 3 to a box. With the price over $7, It would be nice if there were at least 5, to help accommodate the discomfort of a week long menstrual cycle.

    Didn't warm up :(

    I got these to wear if I ever started cramping at work. The size wasn't a problem for me but I can see why people would want a larger option. I bought a pack of 3 and they never got warm. :( I even made sure they were exposed to the air for a couple minutes after I removed the packaging and it felt no warmer than my body temperature, if that at all. I'm disappointed because some reviews say these work amazing, so I don't know if this pack is just duds or what. I would also like to note that I didn't have any issues sticking these to the inside of my underwear. As long as you wear a pair with a smooth surface that it can stick to, it's no problem.

    No heat, didn’t stay on, unclear how to use

    This product did not work for me at all. There was no heat or warming effect, even after waiting. The patch didn’t stay on and started peeling off quickly. On top of that, it’s not supposed to be applied directly to skin, which makes it even harder to use and keep in place. Between the lack of heat, poor adhesion, and confusing application, it felt ineffective overall. I wouldn’t recommend this product and would not repurchase.

    Surprised to see others saying this isn’t hot or warm enough. It provides me the relief I need when I can’t use a heating pad or just need the convenience of the patch.
