WARNING Do not place directly on skin. This product can cause burns. Wear for up to 10 hours. Do not use for more than 10 hours in a 24-hour period. Do not use on irritated, damaged or broken skin. Do not wear while sleeping. If you are 55 years of age or older, use with caution, as your risk for burns increase with age. Check skin frequently during use. Do not use on areas of the body where you can't feel heat. Remove patch immediately if there is any discomfort or pain. Do not use on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours. Stop use and contact a doctor if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn. Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant. The patch is not reusable. Do not microwave or reheat the patch. Do not use on delicate clothing. Do not use in combination with another heating device. Do not place extra pressure, a tight waistband of belt over the product. Do not use with pain rubs, medicated lotions, creams or ointments. Do not use on people unable to remove the product, including children, infants, and some elderly. Keep out of direct sunlight. Life changing

These are incredible! The adhesive has never failed, they get hot quickly and stay warm for hours. Seriously life-changing. I treat it like a hand warmer and squish and shake it a bit before putting it on - I’ve never had an issue with it not activating.

I bought this looking for some relief. The patches don’t get hot enough. I am better off using my heating pad and some midol.

i wouldn’t purchase again

i doordashed these to my house while i was at work because i started my period at work (naturally) and i was in so much pain. i just got home and excitedly ripped these open and put two on. and guess what? they did not work. no heat at all. i just wasted my money and had my hopes up for nothing. this is the cherry on top of a long day, don’t recommend.

Didn't warm up :(

I got these to wear if I ever started cramping at work. The size wasn't a problem for me but I can see why people would want a larger option. I bought a pack of 3 and they never got warm. :( I even made sure they were exposed to the air for a couple minutes after I removed the packaging and it felt no warmer than my body temperature, if that at all. I'm disappointed because some reviews say these work amazing, so I don't know if this pack is just duds or what. I would also like to note that I didn't have any issues sticking these to the inside of my underwear. As long as you wear a pair with a smooth surface that it can stick to, it's no problem.

Got scratched when removed it

I got this recently as a free gift for my bundle subscription. Happy to try it again - used it before and was somewhat satisfied but this time when i removed the patch, i got bad scratch marks even though i wore it for less than 8 hours as per instructions during the day in the ac blasting office.. extremely disappointed with the poor quality.

Xl heating pad!! Works great!!

I just bought the xl one a couple of days ago and it’s by far the best thing i’ve bought. The heat that comes off is perfect not too hot but hot and lasts very long for example i put one on at 4pm and it’s still just as hot and it’s 2am right now! I find these work better than a heating pad, no warming it up in the microwave or outlets, you can easily wear one all day going about your regular day. Will definitely be buying these all the time now.

Confusing

Somehow simultaneously didn't seem that hot, but did give me a second degree burn? I use all sorts of heating pads for years and obviously this was my own error. This is re: the bigger size one.

If I could do no stars I would, product didn’t work, I bought the 3 pack box and none of them heat.. such a waste of money!
