The patch is very lightweight, nature, thin, good adhesion to fabric and compact—easy to toss in my bag and take anywhere. Frida truly surprised me. The pack comes with medium and large sizes, so you can stick them exactly where it hurts - lower belly, back, whatever you need. They give gentle, long-lasting warmth for hours, and I love that they’re non-medicated and hands-free. I also believe you can use them during your period, they work just as well for menstrual cramps. Super comfy, discreet under clothes, and so easy to use.

It says on it u can keep it on 8-12 hours i put one pad on for 4 hours than i feel something not correct i check and i find my stomch burned very red and blod spots which is i did use it exactly how it says to do

Works well with any thin underwear
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice. I like the easy usage of just sticking it to my underwear. I like that Theres two sizes for more intense cramps. It does immediately start warming up as soon as you peel the backing off. Using nearly any underwear that is thin will work perfectly for this heating patch. It lasts for a good while. I’ve had it work for around 5 hours. Very easy to just take off and throw away. It doesn’t ruin any clothing or tear into pieces. It’s easy to store and keep hidden. Overall a really smart project for women after having a baby and for just period cramps in general honestly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These heat relieve recovery patches are great. They do take several minutes to start heating, but they get nice and warm without overheating. The adhesive is nice to keep them in place too. It is very sticky. Be careful it does not come off of your clothes and get stuck to your skin because it does not come off easily. I like that the patches come in two different sizes for more relief or targeted areas. They are nice and soft on the outside so they feel nice if you brush against them. They do not get too hot, especially through clothing, and although they do take quite a while to start warming, they last for quite a while too.
