A: Quip website says 360 degree toothbrush takes 6-8 hours to charge fully. Light will go green for 10 seconds before going out. Disconnect and reconnect to check for green light.

A: Thanks for your question! The charging connector on all Quip devices are USB and can only be plugged into a USB port, which is 5V DC and universal everywhere.

A: quip 360 is not a Smart Toothbrush with Bluetooth®, and it does not automatically sync, track, or connect to the quip app. However, you can still manually log your brushing habits with quip 360 (or any toothbrush) to improve your habits and earn rewards!

Great toothbrush
Been using the toothbrush for a while. My hygienist has commented about how much better my oral health is. Outstanding product. Best of all - I was brushing the other night while watching the Bears and Packers game. The game goes into overtime while finishing up. The Bears throw a bomb to win, and being a lifelong Bears fan was super exciting. This toothbrush is so well made that I didn’t paint the walls while screaming! 🤣 Buy this one!!

Came here for the pulses!
Received a few weeks ago, charged it and still on my first charge! Love the lights letting me know if I brush too hard. The timer is fabulous and why I wanted a quip vs the oral b. The price is great for the quality and timer! Thank you for this new oscillationg toothbrush!

What a big mistake
I bought this toothbrush thinking it would be more like when a dental assistant cleans my teeth individually but it’s not even close. I’m disappointed in the “oscillating” action with its just a noisy head shaking around. The head is so small you can only put a tiny bit of toothpaste on it. Before the first quadrant is done, I’ve salivated so much it’s dripping out of my mouth all over my chin unless I’m leaning over the sink. Plus , i don’t even see it in my orders list so I can’t try to return the darn thing. Save your money. The other brushes are way better than this one. Trying to expand the products is a ploy a lot of online retailers try to get more orders and I should have known this was going to be a disappointment

Design is not great and it doesn't last
This is toothbrush is completely disappointing. I bought two of them on 8/29/2024. One was for me and one was for my partner. Theirs stopped functioning 11 months later. It would light up but motor wouldn't spin. We got that one replaced under warranty. When the replacement one came I figured I'd tear their old one apart to see what went wrong. Turned out there is a small hole on the back that collects toothpaste and gunk and that gunk easily gets down into the motor area and clogs it up. Now Yesterday after 13 months of use, mine just did the same thing and I'm pretty sure its because of this bad design flaw. Now I have to go through the warranty process and I'm not even sure its worth it when there are better competitor products on the market for about the same price as this junk. I've been a quip customer for 5 years now and I think its time to move on.

It’s been just over three weeks since I began my use of your very sleek rotating head brush and I’m very happy that I made the switch from the original quip (which I have been using for about 4-5 years). I am actually looking forward to my dental cleaning appointment next week to be sure I’m using it correctly. I’m working at letting the brush do the work. Love it!

I have been a long time user of quip products. This have been a nice upgrade to the one I had before which only vibrated. I love that it comes with a travel case and the wireless charging is a game changes. I would defintely recommend this toothbrush to anyone.
