Q: Mine sits on the plug in charger all day and when I go to use it, it stops spinning right in the middle of me brushing, is mine defective? It’s literally brand new not even a month old.
A: Hi. I would not leave it in the charger. Let the charge go down, charge it, let it go down then charge it. Keep doing that. A charge should last for many days.
submitted byMichigan - 7 months agoA: We bought two of these from Target and both do that exact thing.

Q: I bought the brush for my son about a year ago. It stopped working. Even if it was charged, the brush makes weak spinning sound but doesn’t turn on. Should it be replaced?
A: We're sorry to hear about this. Try cleaning the brush if you have not done so already as this can be caused by dried toothpaste. We'd like to learn more and help. Please call us at (800) 566-7252.

Q: My kids are right in between w adult and baby teeth - 10 and 11 yo boys. Should I buy adult or child?
A: We recommend that children under 12 should use a Children's product such as Crest kids. These toothpastes have a formulation that is still gentle on tooth enamel. However on some products, with proper supervision, it is possible for children as young as 2 years old to use our toothpastes. Always read and follow the instructions on the package to determine if the toothpaste is appropriate for use.
