A: Hi Bob! Great Question! Our clumping litter is not recommended for use in a Litter-Robot. Based on feedback from most of our customers, the non-clumping PrettyLitter works much better, especially with a 7–15 minute cleaning cycle. Q: I get pretty litter every month. Did the quantity gone down? A bag of pretty litter usually last me a full month no problem. I just bought a new bag one week ago and it’s almost done.. Did they reduced the size of the bag?

Just to confirm, the size of our PrettyLitter bags hasn’t changed—our non-clumping subscription bags are 6 lbs, retail bags are 8 lbs, and the clumping version is still 10 lbs. Q: Can this litter clump be flushed down the toilet? Is it safe for pipes and sewer system?

A: Hi, AWM! Good question! We recommend against flushing PrettyLitter because feline feces can contain toxoplasmosis, a parasite that can be harmful to marine life. If you live near water, it's definitely something to keep in mind. The concern is really with the feces, not the litter itself. As for the litter, if you have a septic tank, it depends on how well your tank handles other litters. If you've flushed other types of litter into your septic system in the past without issues, PrettyLitter should work just as well. Love it for the most part
This litter helps the cat smell so much. That is the most important thing to me, however it does get everywhere since it is so small and I unfortunately was not given the free mat they offered. Otherwise great litter.

Causes feline asthma
I am pretty convinced this litter gave my cat asthma. Think of them breathing in silicone dust while digging in the box. I watched my cat slowly die and had to consider what caused it. This is the only thing that really makes sense. Not to mention it stinks, dust everywhere, it's overpriced and did I mention the silicone sits in their lungs and causes asthma? Not worth the risk.

Best Ive ever tried. I have had cats my entire life and this litter is wonderful. Zero smell comes from the box even after he just used it. It has the consistency of scooping sugar. It also doesnt travel to far out onto the floor.

Love this litter in a litter box. The clumping version is not the best. The litter stuck on my cats after the use and drag the litter all over the place. Switched to a litter robot and it does not work well with the robot. Hopefully there will be a version of the litter for litter robots.

Melts litter box
MELTED MY LITTER BOX ! I normally use the regular but accidentally got the clumping, I do have a plastic litter box (which works for us) though I went to scoop and nothing moved I had to take multiple objects to scrap it off, eventually threw the box away which cost x4 the price of the litter.

We’ve helped other subscribers with similar challenges, and one helpful tip we often recommend is adjusting the litter depth in the pan. Sometimes, clumps can stick to the bottom after drying, so keeping the litter at least 3 inches deep can make a big difference. It also helps to gently scrape the bottom when removing solid waste, as this can prevent sticking and make cleanup much easier during scooping. I love this litter. Why on Earth I waited so long I have no idea. No more dust, no more guessing on your cats urine health, love it! Lost a cat kidney disease because I didn't know he was sick. Yes I took him to vet every year, vet even tested they always said he was fine. Anyways, don't wait, just switch!

I love how the urine clumps and you remove it instead of mixing it with the crystals!! It makes the litter last longer and excellent odor control. Ofcourse I love being able to monitor my fur babies health and she enjoys the softer texter!

It works. But most of the clumps stick to the silicon. Going to give non clumping a shot. Not ready to give up on pretty litter as it's light weight is much easier on the litter robot than regular clay litter
