Poor packaging. You should have packed 1 20 lb., tote in one box. Not 2 in one box. The box was received damaged showing it dropped that cracked the tote top open.

It's ok...
I’ve been trying different litters over the year to find the best odor control and low tracking for our 2 cats. This one didn’t do great with either. Better than regular litter on the tracking issue though but it doesn’t keep our boxes fresh for even a week. We switched back to another brand’s low tracking that does a better job with both odor and tracking.

Low odor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a first time cat owner, I was very confused on all the different types and brands of cat litter. After researching and chatting with an online vet service, I decided to try this one out. I can’t really compare it to any other litter because this is the very first and only one I’ve used, but my new kitten used it without any issues right away. The litter clumps very well with liquid, but less with solids. I haven’t noticed any bad odor using this and it doesn’t dust a lot. There is however noticeable tracking outside the litter boxes every time. I have a small litter tray and an automatic one. They both have stray litters around them. Not sure if that’s considered low tracking because I’m new to cats. I still like the clumping and low dust aspects so I’m sticking with this one for now since my kitten uses it without issue and she’s used to it.
