Plastic Litter Scoop - up&up™

I really dislike the design, my cat has a tendency of peeing against the corners of his litter box and with the design of this scooper it's impossible to get to the corners, so I had to replace it.

This litter scooper doesn’t have enough holes to quickly sift. There are only holes on the bottom, not on sides. I just tossed it and bought a cheap one at another store for the same cost that worked 10x better. Would not recommend!

Terrible design. Having no sides that go all the way to the front means clumps fall out to the side when scooping. Then the grates in the scoop are made so that they are ridges raised above the level of the scoop front so that the ridges break up the clumps as you scoop

I have had cats for nearly the whole of my almost half century of life. I also worked in wildlife rescue for over 20y with all manner of species. So, I have scooped a lot of poop. This is easily the worst scooper. It is flimsy, stuff falls out of the sides, if clumping litter is the slightest bit wet, it sticks and turns to cement. The dang corners are rounded, so there is old waste stuck in my square litterbox that I can't get out. Who designed this? Do you have cats? Have you ever tried to scoop a litterbox? This ridiculous design leaves pretty much everything to be desired. I got this one in a same day delivery order bc my previous one broke, and this was (and is) the only one available in store. Spend a few extra dollars and make sure you have a square scoop. This is trash. One star bc I can't give zero.

Easily scoops up litter and amazingly nothing sticks to it, they easily come off and the scoop stays clean unlike the one we had before that we had to clean all the time. It’s also big which means quick clean up. It would have been better if it had square corners though, but no complaints here. Very happy with this item.

After I adopted my second cat Sugar, I needed a plastic litter scoop for her litter box. This scooper is perfect to scoop litter from liners and the litter box itself for disposal. Though it's made of plastic, it's durable and can scoop up many clumps at a time. It's perfect for any sized litter box too.

This is a very poor design. The fact that the bottom edge rounds up means that it doesn't it into the corners of the litter box.

Unless you have a round litter box this will drive you nuts. It can’t reach into the corners. My boy loves to pee in the mack corner of his box and this doesn’t work for that. Otherwise it’s cheap and durable so may be ok for you, but not good for me.

I needed a scoop, and it was extremely good quality and value. I would definitely recommend it.

Whoever designed this scoop has obviously never owned a cat. The notched out edges renders the scoop useless when attempting to clean the corners of litterbox. I have to use a paper towel to clean the corners each time. Epic fail.

We just rescued our first cat and decided to purchase this scoop. It’s larger than I imagined and I’m thankful for that. I’ve used it several times now and it does a great job scooping out what’s needed and leaving excess litter behind. It’s sturdy and I don’t have to worry about it breaking while I scoop. I’m thankful for the Target brand items! We also purchased the litter box (with lid) and XL litter box liners. I highly recommend!

This “scoop” is very flat. Your hand practically slides across the top of the litter to use this as there is no arch to its shape. The holes are too big for delivering a fine sand as my kittens waste is not as defined as an adults cats. The corners of the scoop are not squared off which is okay, but they are also not 90 degrees to get into the corners of a square litter pan. Even for less than $2, wish I had bought a different “scoop”.

Don’t buy, if you want to use it for cat litter. Did not notice the rounded corners. You can not clean the litter box since you can’t get in the corner because of the poor design. Practically makes the scoop worthless for cat litter.
