I have been buying this brand for at least 4 years & really liked it. I have noticed over the last 6 months the quality has changed! The paper is not as soft although it says 2 ply it is paper thin & it also shreds when you are trying to get a new roll started. I know others that use this brand & they have noticed the change also. I don’t why the quality change but we will stop buying!

Quality and softness has changed
Not sure if this product has changed, or it was miss packaged, but the last pack I bought of this tissue is rough and scratchy. It is nothing like what I have bought in the past. The rolls are also misaligned so the paper tears at different places on each ply. Very disappointed. I hope this is a one off problem and not a permanent change.

Decreased quality, increased cost
Unfortunately, the cost has increased while the strength, absorbency, and (most of all) the softness have noticeably decreased. I’ve been loyal to this brand for over two years and even introduced it to my mom. I’m disappointed with the product in front of me today. My mom said she no longer wants to reorder, which confirmed my initial concerns. After checking the recent reviews, I see this wasn’t a one-off experience.

Different Formula Is Below Standard
I bought this toilet paper for years and loved the rose imprint and softness. But my last few packages have been duds. At first I thought it was a fluke - the paper was thinner and the layers would separate - but came to realize that the quality indeed has decreased and the new formula is the norm now. Very disappointed so I quit buying.

Good evening! I love your toilet paper, but I chose an different kind. This kind was much more expensive didn't the one I usually buy. It was terrible. This paper have large, and small parts of cotton in it. I was scared to use it, because I didn't want this cotton to get in my body. You'll really need to correct that serious problem. This was the 30 rolls package.
