I don’t like the smell :(

I cannot get the conditioner to come out of the bottle.

I feel I have FINALLY found the right product after all these years! Makes my hair soft and smooth 💜

I’ve been using The Conditioner for my curly hair for 35 plus years. This has always been a staple because of my sensitive scalp but they recently changed it. Now it contains citrus oils and a whole bunch of other perfumes that irritate my scalp and it’s drying. Why did they go and change it after all these freaking years?! I’m not sure what I’ll do now. I could cry.

I have 3C/4A curly hair and I have been using this product since 2009 and the formula recently changed. The product is different and doesn't smell quite the same. It's similar, but it's not as nourishing as the original formula. I wish companies would stick with the original formula for products like this. I guess I'll be on the hunt for a new leave-in.

Why is this not available in the refill pouch?

I've been using this product for 35 years and every time I go to a beauty salon, they tell what luxurious hair I have. The best investment I ever made in my hair!

I first heard of this product back in 2016 when I visited my older sister in Florida. I don’t remember the price point at the time, but I remember my jaw dropping because it was EXPENSIVE!!! Nothing has changed in terms of the price point, except the fact that I’m older now. I decided to give this product a try and I LOVED it! I have color treated kinky hair. Wasn’t a fan of the shampoo… but this conditioner is VERY hydrating! The only thing that would prevent me from repurchasing is just the price honestly. I wouldn’t get the value with the quantity of conditioner I tend to use.

I have been using The One conditioner for as long as I can remember. This is the ONLY product that can stand up to the dry Maine winters! I've been out for a couple days and my hair is out of control! Thank you Paul Mitchell for taming the static beast!

I love this conditioner!!! It makes my hair soft, shiny and manageable. In addition, it lasts me a long time since I don't have to use a lot of it to work for my hair. I just use a small amount and it goes a long way.

When I found this product, I felt like I found gold. It does amazing things to your hair. Creates super soft texture, makes hair shine, and has a nice light fragrance. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this product!

I'm pretty sure it was 1972 when I used this conditioner, I was bleaching my hair like crazy (Summer Blonde) I was told to stop bleaching and start using this product, amazing results, it took a few months because m hair was fried!!!!!!! I always recommend this product to friends.

I have been using this conditioner on and off for about 15 years and i can tell you there is a reason i ALWAYS come back to it! My hair is fine and straight and this conditioner does not weigh it down and it even gives it a bouncier feel. It is trully the only conditioner that does not make my hair feel greasy and I feel like is the only treatment i need to maintain my hair healthy. I hope they NEVER change it or discontinue it!! I always recommend it to friends and it becomes a staple for them as well.

I’m natural (hair type 4c). I thought I’d revisit this product having last used it when I chemically straightened my hair. To my surprise, the product works great. It provides lots of slippage, and leaves my hair with sheen. I’m happy it works for 4c hair.

I was surprised, that it was blue in the bottle, and blue in my hand, but yet , crystal clear in my hair. This has got to be the best leave-in conditioner that I've ever used. I only needed about a dime size amount. It spread so nicely throughout my hair, and made it so easy for me to comb, while my hair was still damp. The scent was so nice, and light, not overpowering. When my hair dried, I could not stop touching it. Felt so soft , all day long. Also looked smooth and shiny. I will definitely be buying again.

I’ve been using the conditioner (and it’s range - awapuhi shampoo and the detangler) for many years and it’s the best. It’s not greasy or heavy in my hair, it defines my curls and leaves my hair soft. I love it.
