Excellent product, but Classic new container is very hard to squeeze product out. Arthritic hands cannot squeeze, have to take the lid off and tap to get conditioner out. Old container was much easier to use.

Why change a good thing.
I’ve been using The Conditioner for my curly hair for 35 plus years. This has always been a staple because of my sensitive scalp but they recently changed it. Now it contains citrus oils and a whole bunch of other perfumes that irritate my scalp and it’s drying. Why did they go and change it after all these freaking years?! I’m not sure what I’ll do now. I could cry.

Reminder to self: don't buy agai
I REALLY dislike this shampoo and conditioner. My hair doesn’t feel clean, it feels like it is both dried out AND has a coating on it. My hair is fine and normally soft, this just makes it feel gross and look dull.

I first heard of this product back in 2016 when I visited my older sister in Florida. I don’t remember the price point at the time, but I remember my jaw dropping because it was EXPENSIVE!!! Nothing has changed in terms of the price point, except the fact that I’m older now. I decided to give this product a try and I LOVED it! I have color treated kinky hair. Wasn’t a fan of the shampoo… but this conditioner is VERY hydrating! The only thing that would prevent me from repurchasing is just the price honestly. I wouldn’t get the value with the quantity of conditioner I tend to use.
