Pulling my hair
I have the older version of the Paul Mitchell hair straightener and I really loved it but I gave it to my stepdaughter so I decided to purchase a new one with a new updated model of 2025 and it heats up great and it straightens my hair nice but my hair is getting stuck in something on the hair straightener and pulling my hair out. This makes it very uncomfortable to use as my other one did not do that

I have been using this flat iron for a month, heats up fast, and glides on hair smooth. I like that the settings are on the inside of the handle. I have curly hair that is frizzy after washing, this straightener along with my hair cream, gives me my straight hair for a few days.

Tan Flat iron
I have had a paul mitchell flat irom for years and when i saw the tan color come out I added it to my birthday list but I do have a question? The screen where the numbers are looks foggy, can anyone tell me if this is how it goes.

I had previously purchased a much less expensive flat iron thinking that a flat iron is a flat iron, right? Boy, was I wrong. I purchased this Paul Mitchell flat iron and it is amazing. My hair looks like I just left the salon after using this tool. It is much easier on my hair and gives me just the results that I wanted on my fine hair.

Burned out in Sicily in 5 minutes
This was my favorite flat iron of all time INTIL I took it with me to Sicily, while using it with the converter I have used with all my previous hair dryers and flat irons, it completely burned out. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IN EUROPE. IT RUINED MY VACATION BECAUSE I COULDNT DO MY HAIR. I don’t even know if I have any recourse with the manufacturer. Very disappointed!!
