I feel like it actually has been helping with my gums, I previously had a bit of bleeding but I noticed since using this regularly I’ve had significantly less bleeding. It tastes a little bit weird as an aftertaste. Not sure how to explain it other than it does not taste like normal toothpaste to me. After using it for several sessions, it cleaned my teeth. Well, I can’t speak to the gum repair obviously because I’m not a dentist, but my clean teeth were a good sign that it was working. This probably wouldn’t be my go to toothpaste, but if I reach a place where I need gum repair, it would be something I would grab.
