Thin & "Sharp" Feeling
I accidentally purchased this version and it’s certainly not comparable to the more expensive versions. This satin floss feels like sharp rope! I tried to get used to it but it’s just too painful.

Oral B changed their floss recently and the new version is horrible. It's super thin, even thinner than the usual glide floss. This new version shreds easier and is overall poor quality. I am searching high and low for their old version.

Tape or Floss?
Check the packaging. Which is it, tape or floss? I received floss when I expected tape. I do like it better than the “Oral-B Advanced” that I have been using. Otherwise I would have rated it 1 star.

Awful, expensive, waste of money
Please bring back the best floss ever. I tried the Pro-health version first and it was awful so then I purchased the Satinfloss. This product is also awful and nothing like the floss before you changed it. Why change was was a great product? Please bring back the original. I guess I will be forced to try Reach products instead.

Worst floss
I can't believe I fell for this again! First it was the Pro glide. And now this "satin" floss. It's the same crappy material that just get stuck in your teeth and it really hurts your gum when you try to glide it. Into the trash they go! Bye Oral-B

Terrible Update
The previous version of this floss was far superior. This updated one shreds, doesn’t glide, irritates my gums. I still have some of the older version and it does not even compare. I hope they fix this product.

Picture does not match item received
I specifically searched the Target website for the Satin TAPE, which is wider than the Satin Floss. I received the floss instead. Disappointing, but it will have to do. Desparately trying to find a wide tape floss to replace the Glide tape that has been changed due to PFAs. The new version of that is so awful and shreds. I was really hopeful that this would be the wide tape and be a good replacement. Oh well. Looks like I'll never know.
